Toad & Sew Diamond Flare Quilt Pattern
The Diamond Flare Quilt is an original pattern design by Taylor Krz of Toad & Sew. It is apart of the Double Trouble Bundle and can be sold separately or as a bundle with the Time Capsule Quilt. This pattern is rated as intermediate and assumes that the quilter understands basic quilting knowledge and can keep a consistent 1/4" seam allowance. The Diamond Flare Quilt was originally designed to be the 2023 Block of the Month (BOM) for the Seattle Modern Quilt Guild (SMQG). Inspired by the Pacific Northwest's stunning landscapes, vibrant flora, and rich culture, this medallion-style quilt offers a unique twist on traditional BOM patterns. Combining block-based and medallion designs creates a satisfying visual journey as the quilt comes together. SMQG members embraced the challenge of mastering new techniques and eagerly anticipated each month's block release.
